National Training Launches Financial Awareness Program
National Training is pleased to announce the addition of the Financial Awareness Program to the Boilermaker Virtual Campus. A core focus of
National Training is the development of programs which meet the needs of the membership and the industry we serve. To assist our members and
especially our apprentices, National Training has completed development of a web-based program which will introduce participants to various
principles of personal finances which form the basis of a solid financial management strategy that will aid them throughout their working lives
and into retirement. Financial fundamentals and terminology are introduced as the various scenes and interactives are explored. Upon completion
of the interactive potion of the program, National Training encourages members (and their families) to visit the "Library Section" of the
program to access additional information and financial planning tools which provide a greater in-depth look at budgeting, saving, investing,
mortgages and more. Members can access the new Financial Awareness Program through the Boilermaker Virtual Campus, by logging into
Members Only and selecting "E-Learning".
